      Pros

      Brand name of RB product, from Tony’s father that he created.

      Cons

      Regional Manager who never earned the respect of all 9 sales staff while I was there. Upper management is clueless to what happens in So Cal. Job tenure, RB hears it at all levels but they keep same toxic culture.

      Meat Grinder, very little work/life balance

      Great Pay and relocation (but you pay taxes on it)

      Cons

      Management - it's all about the numbers all of the time. If you are interested in a job that the person has "left", it is quite possible that they got fired.
