      Pros

      The company hires excellent engineers and the field sales personnel and votes it's energies on perfection related to product quality etc.

      Cons

      The company is privately held and has been since the beginning. It's owner is still involved in the business of 85 but he is so disconnected from the industry that his judgment is questionable. Additionally they don't care about people. The average turnover is 18 to 24 months so unless you know you can land a job quickly just know that the odds are that you will only be there for sure. If time

      Smart, talented people. Focus is on results. Stretch goals. You can't succeed here without working hard and collaborating.

      Cons

      Micro-managed. Political. Inept marketing and product development group. Sr. Management never accepts the blame of their own strategies.
