Tucson nice area. Coffee at locations.

Cons

Wreckage of careers is legendary at the company. Senior level management scores F in creating positive moral. Hi turnover. Front line managers tasked with moving good quality sales professionals out the door. Distribution NOT a fan of Rain Bird or it's management. Not distributor friendly. Consistent long-standing history of trying to circumvent distribution and go to contractors. Career ender.
