      Pros

      Irrigation industry is a lot of fun to work in. Problem solving for your customers and for their customers to save water....be efficient, or as they say at Rain Bird "The intelligent use of water"

      Cons

      My goodness, they need to open up and see trends! Some divisions and Rain bird slay it and dominate but others are just in survival mode and should be discontinued...like consumer division. CEO then had the culture that if you are going to be someone there, you had to be from "name brand college/university". Rain Bird works you hard and that is why other companies snap people that come from there up. I was snapped up within a week of leaving.
