Micromanagement, outdated leadership, toxic work environment, working extra hours without being payed, ridiculous travel schedule. Not to mention favouritism,unprofessional working environment, unethical and unacceptable behavior (director shouting at you). The management, leadership principles are like from another century that eventually end up darning you and taking a toll on your mental health. Do yourself a favor and find another place where you will feel valued and not be just another employee who lasted there few months until you got burnt out.
