Working for Rain for Rent is a lot like being a prisoner in a 3rd world country. You will be treated like trash, demeaned, ridiculed and if you make any complaints they will simply cut your hours or you will be put on the worst jobs. Management cares only about the bottom dollar at the expense of safety. I am constantly pressured to do things illegally, on the guise of being a company player.
Simple OSHA required PPE will not be issued at times because of "company wide" cutbacks.
Any and all mistakes company wide will be the employees fault, even when you are not on the clock or near the job site. Management will require you to do something then when there are consequences to those actions management will deny involvement and punish you for it.
