It’s a well established company.

Cons

I thought I was working for a family friendly company and I was terribly wrong. They knew for months about a scheduled event I was attending on the weekend, that’s right MY time off and they informed me three days before the weekend that I was working. When I explained that I couldn’t work it because I would be out of town I was asked if I was refusing to work. If you choose to work for them I hope you have a better experience.

When overtime is available, you make great money.

Cons

Anyone above a Lead position is so Snobby. Rude and self absorbed management. It's almost like a special club you have to be completely full of yourself to be in. They also have safety by convenience attitude. Be safe until you need something fixed then throw safety out the window.
