Pros
Good Benefits such as health, dental ,401k, pay scales appropriate for the industry.
Cons
Corporate trys to micro manage over the branches too much. Company needs to concentrate more on servicing the customer and increasing sales. Lack of new up to date gear. In rental need to have gear availble or you lose the rental, yet corp penalizes branches for having selection in inventory.
