Pros

At the branch administration level there is a great close knit team to work with. Help is always available from Bakersfield (CA) HQ. Because the HQ staff has in many cases worked years and or generationally there, they have seen it all and are very responsive to branch requests made.

Cons

Those who do not realize this is a fast-paced, dynamic, ever changing customer requirements (before and after installations), as well as an emergency driven environment may not find it their cup of tea. The earth can move under your feet on an hour by hour or minute to minute basis.
