Pros

Depending on the area you work in it has great pay. The benefits are excellent. Smaller company with focus on safety and a good work environment.

Cons

You may work all the time, on call, a lot of overtime, no days off. Volatile work environment if you do not work at the company headquarters in California, meaning you may get laid off at any moment at other branches other than California. Extreme lack of management at all levels, they are way under qualified for their positions but they get what they can when lay offs are inevitable in the company. You are a number PERIOD, company comes in at a moments notice and can cut the entire branch, from the branch manager down the ladder. If you are not a manager you are almost treated as if you are not a part of the company. Managers get the same pay every month, and leave the office after work is completed for the day. Non managers work at all hours for many hours, as needed by the company, or you might lose a bulk of your pay the next month due to lack of work. No steady work schedule or pay.
