Bad management Rude management Low wages Zero sick pay Minimal holiday allowance Ancient office set up No staff benefits at all The owners/management team have no managerial skills what so ever, employing people only to them make them redundant literally weeks later. No business acumen, no vision, no compassion, un professional bullying tactics!
