I had a very negative experience working here. The manager frequently made ableism comments about my coworker and spoke badly about other employees in an attempt to get me to “join his side.” Communication was poor, and there were clear double standards in how employees were treated. The manager seemed primarily concerned with how things made him look, rather than the well-being or performance of his team. When I resigned due to serious health issues, the manager attempted to intimidate me by threatening to contact my landlord and inform them that I no longer had a job. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
