      Pros

      Meeting new people everyday and having them walk out with a smile on their face. Coworkers were a joy to work with, we were like a family. Great employee discount. Rapid advancement opportunities if you're dedicated and work hard.

      Cons

      Sucks management. Tells you to hire pretty women over someone more qualified. Gives you 1 employee for a 2 level store. Only management and one worker all the time. Can't get anything done. No healthcare at the time

      The skills learned there can be utilized somewhere else.

      Cons

      There are no benefits and the hourly pay is horrible in Florida. The raises are chump change ten cents or sometimes twenty cents more. Since the company expanded and brought Dots everything started to decline.
