      Pros

      Besides the 30% discount on regular priced merchandise. Store manager pay can be GREAT depending on your DM!! Now that we are switched to hourly we can't work more than 45 hours.

      Cons

      You have to micro-management everything and everyone, if you have a high shrink the whole staff will be terminated. (Inventory is held every 6 months) No balance between work and home. Rainbow can pay depending on who your upper management is.

      Pros

      There are many many different walks of life that shop at Rainbow. Good, bad and or indifferent. If your looking to learn how to communicate with different cultures, Rainbow would definitely be the place to start.

      Cons

      If your not in tuned with yourself, you can lose your sanity. Learning how to keep your Kool is a must when working at Rainbow!
