You get discounts and they can work with your schedule. You always find something to do and you meet a lot of new people and always have gifts for the holidays at a discounted price

Cons

You're on your feet a lot and a lot of the employees suck at their jobs. People always call out and don't take the job seriously.

Pros

Associate discount is great, no uniform. Prices are great employees are always happy. You can basically wear what you want (no blue denim)

Cons

Policy is a bit unreasonable. Some stores are a bit small to hold all the shipment. Still have to hand key 90% of sales prices.

Co workers / managers, fun environment , the dress code is business casual which is nice because you can dress up every day.

Cons

You will be lucky to work 15 a week depending on the store / manager. The pay is terrible for what they require you to do
