      Needs better support from District Manager

      Pros

      Merchandise, employee discount, store bonuses and enjoyed doing the visual floor sets. Conducted their markdowns very quickly, if it wasn't selling they marked it down.

      Cons

      Very little payroll hours to effectively run the store. Too ethnic, needed a more diverse customer base. Upper Management should support their store managers.

      Pros

      Good Learning Experience managing in the retail business. Enjoyed working and helping our customers.

      Cons

      Did not like the hours and not to much team work. I would always put in my 100% so the store would look good and the customers did see the change.
