Pros

Rainbow Kids store: life the interaction with the customers and kids Great schedule flexibility Awesome employee discounts Co workers are fun people

Cons

Amount of pay not equal to amount of work they expect you to do Lowest pay I've ever received and I've been working since 1995 Management at store level and upper needs updated training programs for themselves Upper management tends to overlook things until her head I'd on the chopping block Very high shrink store located in the "hood" upper management refuses to place any type of security or surveillance at location feels that employees should stop retail theft personally Upper management frowns on educational growth of employees; degrees means pay increase and they don't want to pay Stores are not wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible, or plus size customer accessible Upper management not very personable to employees or customers
