      Pros

      The pros to this job personally to me where simple making your customers happy everyday. I met many people that offered many other opportunities all because of my excellent customer service.

      Cons

      The downside of working at Rainbow where the hourly wages. I was promoted to be the junior assistant manager but they only offered me $9.50. What was even worse was the company it self was god for racial profiling in the Connecticut area. If you go to the Manchester location on West Middle Turnpike you will notice no African American employees, only Latina and caucasian .
