      Really Great Work Environment

      Pros

      Everyone cares. Everyone looks out for one another. They don't play around with harassment or cruelty. I know it's usually a red flag when companies say they're a big family but they really do mean it here. The support and kindness even from management is felt thoroughly.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit low, and information on the union/who the shopkeep is is kind of scattered. I never felt the need to get the union rep or anything, just wish the information was communicated better.
