The pros of working at Rainbow for me personally are that I simply get paid for the work I do and that I was able to get close with some of my co-workers.

Cons

Now the cons of working at Rainbow for me was getting paid less than all of the associates even though I've been there the longest (the pay rate was raised and I'm still getting the rate when I first applied, no yearly raise was given). I've been through poor management and management not knowing how to not abuse the powers and privileges they are given.

Weekly pay Really cheap clothing-so employee discount was nice.. Employees made work pay by during the tough days.

Cons

Old register system. Pay was very low even with experience.. No room for growth or opportunity.. Rude and aggressive guests
