Business Outlook
Pros
I like our team, minor things are concerning, but for now I am willing to see if under new management (that is coming to my store) the things will be getting done.
Cons
We have a smaller store. No kids, lingerie, or perfume. The amount of shipment with no place to put it without making the four-ways and rounders cluttered is a bit difficult because of square footage. Maybe tracking what we can handle would be helpful, but I also understand the need for new merchandise to be put out for customers.
