Work-life balance, benefits and PTO, great coworkers who care about the mission

Cons

Unclear vision - the only consistent piece of the organization’s new strategy was that it was constantly changing, and seemed to have no real direction. Also, every communication from leadership is couched in jargon. This is an issue with the organization at large — very poor at communicating its mission to external stakeholders.
