At Rainforest Alliance I have been able to learn and grow over the last year that I have been employed there. The organization offers amazing benefits (that cannot be taken for granted), like flexible remote work, international work experience with a truly diverse workforce, and experience in an NGO with purpose-driven work. Over and above this, I have been able to use my creativity & other skills to deliver impact in a short amount of time, because I have support from great leaders.

Nothing comes to mind that I can rate negatively.

Great organisation to work at. The mission is clear, I'm proud to be part of the team, and the people around me are truly knowledgeable.

Cons

Low compensation/benefits package, slow growth opportunities, and low trust in HR. They are working on this but needs further work!
