Pros

People at technical jobs really know what the are doing and are good at it.

Cons

Leaders are bullies, self-centered, egocentric, unempathetic, and they don't apply effective communication with their employees but rely on micromanagement. . Some leaders are clueless towards social or environmental realities, with less or none analytical thinking. An organization that talks a lot about being "producer-centric", but in practice is just the opposite.
