Self-managed organizations are rare, and this is a true organization that has what they say they have. Self managed in a way that makes people feel valued, able to make an impact in their work and do great things to reach goals set by your own accountabilities.

Cons

If someone needs a manager to instruct their role day to day this may not be the right fit of organization for them since this company thrives because of people wanting to do great work and then getting it done.
