Pros

Raise is a good company with a strong working culture. The team environment is supportive, and several managers especially those based in North America were friendly, understanding, and genuinely invested in helping us grow and improve.

Cons

Frequent and unexpected organizational changes created instability in processes. Business development was not very strong, which directly impacted recruitment and led to challenges in maintaining consistent workflow.
