Full support from upper management and business unit teams. Active within the community with wonderful benefits!

Cons

Long shifts. Sometimes expectations are spur of the moment and dealing with high school employees have to teach work ethic.

Pros

- Generous base salaries. - Unmatched bonus potential/structure for the industry. - Growth, growth, growth! - Industry-leading benefits, training, etc. - Most major holidays off, even those that most restaurants don't observe.

Cons

- Long hours, irregular schedule. (This comes with the territory.) - High standards come with high stress. - Might be growing a little too fast now. I am no longer with the company due to my own mistakes. It's difficult to own it in the moment, but anything you do (or don't) accomplish with Raising Cane's is on YOU! All the tools and support are provided.
