Cane's give you all the tools and support to be the best version of you. From the hiring process, through orientation and training you will quickly feel how the company lives up to its vision and mission statements and daily focuses on core values and the non-negotiables. I came on with a lot of industry experience and the company surprises me every day. If you want to grow - Cane's is YOUR place - You pick the path and you work it with a lot of support. There is a reason Cane's leads the industry in several categories.

Cons

-If you're looking for 40 hours weekly consistently as a crew position, it can be hard to obtain. It's mostly part time unless you're in managment.
