Pros

Good place to work if you have two jobs or working a side gig. Good starting pay, plenty of increased earnings opportunities. Good team to work with, my general manager was great. Stellar company values. Clean workspaces. Flexible workplace. Tasks are simple, even to learn, not complicated. Good place to grow and develop skills for high schoolers or anyone starting fresh.

Cons

Not for long term employment NO SICK DAYS! Don’t call off more than 3 times or you’re fired, on the spot, no exceptions. Schedules can be slightly annoying. No full time opportunities (no paid time off either) for crew members due to change in management (can change again) No full time benefits eligibility either Ever changing procedures and BOH rules, even week to week

Pros

There’s a ton of growth opportunities and many routes you can go down. Amazing benefits and match 401k at the end of year. Within reason you can take more than 2 weeks PTO. Works a lot with the community and goes above and beyond on customer service.

Cons

Pay can be higher especially with the cost of living expenses raising especially in New York. Also give discounts on cell phone lines for management since we’re constantly using our phones for work wether we’re in the restaurant or not.
