Terrible for mental health

Pros

Good pay, weekly paychecks, and generally easy to make friends there

Cons

Terrible management, 50/50 whether you get a good manager or a bad one. Terrible hours but they continue to hire new people. Brings down mental health especially on bad days. Rarely give opportunities to move up but will advertise it like you have a chance.

Training was far away and months long.
