Pros
Easiest Menu to remember, the different menu mods come pretty quickly Training personally was pretty thorough, became a trainer myself rather early Environment is active, but not difficult to navigate, you can even hold conversations while you work without too much trouble which makes working there pretty fun. You can choose whether you want to work in the kitchen, or work drive-thru/front counter, or both. Choosing both means you can have more hours, which is what I did.
Cons
Good managers vs bad managers can really matter to your experience. I was a an employee for 3 years, my first 2 years I truly enjoyed my time due to the people I worked with, but that last year a lot of the original management quit and the new ones had a lot of negativity which eventually caused me to leave. As for actually working, despite having a ridiculously simple menu, the drive-thru will have some customers make you question your sanity, so if you aren't thick skinned/know how to be polite, make sure to just only apply for the kitchen
