Pros

Canes treats its employees incredibly well. They offer flexible hours, and bonuses based on food costs, restaurant sales, and labor costs.

Cons

Expectations are set incredibly high for bonuses, that make them easy to miss. Communication issues are prevelant from the top down, making it hard to relay information quickly and efficiently.
