Not worth it.

Pros

Holidays off and good events, diverse culture.

Cons

Unrealistic time standards, management always picks favorites, expects you to show up to work dead or dying, very high-school like environment and untrustworthy employees. They work you to the bone with very little feedback or encouragement. I've been threatened to have my pay docked for making mistakes that human beings are prone to. Managers like to throw their weight around and do nothing but sit in the office.

Pros

Fast-paced, learned how to make good chicken, paid better than other fast food.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. It's a fast food job, you're gonna work with grease.
