      Pros

      A strong culture that believes in caring for the customer is achieved by caring for staff first. Very few other restaurant companies out there can offer this total package. Growth opportunities came at me as quickly as I could handle them. Rewarding work environment, with holidays off.

      Cons

      My only con is the nature of the business and not the business itself. Unfortunately the company's busiest times are those when others aren't working (nights, weekends, etc.). If you are ok with that, then I strongly recommend them.

      Pros

      Half priced employee meals. Steady yet fun and comfortable environment. Very team oriented. Great experience as my first part-time job during highschool. Free unlimited fountain drinks your entire shift.

      Cons

      Strict about not calling in, slacking on the job, not being a team player and working in harmony with your co-workers. Also strict on being properly dressed in your full work uniform and hat.

      Pros

      Great benefits with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, only job I've had where it's a requirement to have fun at work!

      Cons

      Managers are not always consistent with each other. Often times I am being told to do something differently by each one which can get confusing.
