Pros

Great company culture that you can get easily distracted by. Fun atmosphere. Great advancement opportunities, if you want to stay in the food industry. For my first job while in high school and working through college, it was a great experience.

Cons

Want all employees to be lifers. If you request to change to part-time due to looking for other opportunities in the field you actually studied in higher education, they will begin to cut down your hours considerably until you have no hours at all.

Pros

Flexible hours Great management Great job culture Room for growth Friendly culture Easy to learn on the job since the menu is so limited

Cons

I think anybody working in the food industry will agree that the biggest cons can be the occasional unruly customer.
