-Good People to work with -Flexible Hours -Good environment -Front and back of the house opportunities -Occasional Company Events - Holidays are off

Cons

-Understaffed -Unorganized -Closing we would get out at 2am or later -Some managers were trained poorly and couldn't handle the pressure
