Pros

This is a great job because of the company culture and the high quality people they hire. It truly isn't like a typical fast food restaurant. The people really care about the company and there is a lot less turnover in a typical store than at most other jobs in fast food. The pay is great too.

Cons

Closing shifts can make for a very late night, especially if your store is in a college town and is open till 2-3 am on the weekends. Managers expect you to buy in completely to the company culture. If you aren't into that, you may not last long.
