      Pros

      It's a great company to work for. Since the company is still growing there is so much more room to grow with the company and move up.

      Cons

      Working with only one product can seem easy at first, but the variable you have to deal can affect everything. Because of the one product we have to ensure the best customer service, highest food quality, and prestige cleanliness of the restaurant stay above average based on the companies own assessments.

      Pros

      Raising Cane's is by far the greatest company I have work for because they genuinely care about the quality of service that they provide the also care about their customers and their crew

      Cons

      I haven't sound very many negatives working for raising canes like anything else you get out of it what you put into it with hard work and dedication you are constantly rewarded and encouraged to grow and to buildl as the company and brand grows

      Pros

      Well you never have to worry about poor quality or unsanitary food. Honestly the cleanest fast food restaurant there is. I personally loved working at Cane’s, I was treated like family we all were a great loving team. I also liked that if you were a cashier thats all you focused on besides maintaining that area clean. I know a few restaurants that if you are a cashier they have you working in the back when it’s slow but you won’t see that at Cane’s.

      Cons

      Closing late, cleaning EVERYTHING, the managers, & the employee discounts.
