Pros

Great place for a first job! It makes attain a work ethic that you will bring with you to your other jobs you get later in life.

Cons

Short hours, demanding work, you never stop moving, and even when there's nothing to do and you've already cleaned everything, They expect you to do it all over again until a guest walks through the door.

Pros

Easy work honestly. If you are full time you get PTO based on years of service to the company, 2 weeks minimum. Easy to get off when you need to.

Cons

If you aren't experienced or one the top managers at the restaurant you basically only work at night which get old very quickly. The way there pay scale is set up is really stupid. You can potentially have crewmembers under you that make almost as much as you do just because they have been there a long time.
