The company itself is incredible. Great crew, cool culture. Active in the community. Had many laughs and great times working with my crew. Met many great people, but mainly the food quality is top notch every time. Excellent entry level job. Worked at 3 stores across the U.S and each time, have experienced something new.

Cons

Issues causing high stress and hectic work environment weren't resolved in a timely manner, or at all. Unnecessary gossip between management and crew. All party all the time, no respect. No benefits, minimal pay raises every 6 months, no promotions.
