Pros

Holidays off, decent pay, pretty fun work environment, very detail oriented and they train you to be the same way.

Cons

Long hours with no guaranteed breaks, too much responsibility compared to compensation, GM's and OM's treat SM's like they're on opposing teams as opposed to being one collective. Every shift manager I know in this company relates to feeling over worked and WAY under appreciated. My GM ruined my experience for me. She was money hungry and LAZY... But loved taking credit for a job well done by her subordinates.

Pros

Competitive pay, development opportunities, major holidays off, great crew, cool and fun culture, clean, happy

Cons

It really all depends on who you are. If you aren't querky in any way, or weird then you probably won't fit in. Other than a little drama, and you get that everywhere you might work, it's great!
