Pros

1. Great Starting Pay- started at $7.75 per hour and within five months I was at $8.25 2. Good company 3. Room to move up 4. Can be a good crew. My location was not selective enough in hiring crew or management, but for the most part it wasn't too bad.

Cons

My only issue with my location was that they had a lot of trouble finding and keeping good employees. Many of us had to pick up the slack due to extremely short staff.

Pros

There is room to grow as an employee and always getting promotions to get to the next level, and also a little extra pay to people who are closers.

Cons

There are no cons for this great company, but if you consider closing every night than I guess that would be the only con.

Pros

flexibility, competitive pay, ability to move up, all major holidays off and half days for the super bowl and such, got 50% off for meals while on lunch break. Long hour colleges night shifts you got paid an $1 extra.

Cons

drive thru, prep but got the hang of it.
