Pros

Flexible hours Fun environment Fast pace Cool coworkers Upbeat management Area Regional manager comes thru and helps around the store every few weeks.

Cons

The pay is okay but when you're constantly going above and beyond. It seems so little. Expect unsatisfied guests. Sometimes can be unorganized.

Pros

Reasonable pay, fun crew, room for growth, and sweet 50% off discount, and close to campus if you are a student.

Cons

The only con I can truly say is working doing the school year, since Cane's is open till 3am Thurs.-Sat.

Friendly people, company values, hygiene, good relationship with managers and GM, flexible hours and time off

Cons

Standing the whole shift, you may or may not get a break during your shift, not everything is explained during training--a lot of on the job learning
