Pros

Cane's offers several different training programs that allows its employees to get (small) raises. They also do quarterly raises after an evaluation. If you work hard enough, they might even offer you a shift manager position.

Cons

Very fast paced! My restaurant was a very high volume store. You will always be moving! This could be seen as a good thing, but there are several days where it is overwhelming

Pros

flexible schedule, decent pay, good hours, great team work, late morning start compared to other fast food restaurants, small menu easy to learn

Cons

Working nights closing and working weekends during football season - tends to get extremely busy, many of the crew members are young - call in to work or are lazy once they get there and are always asking to go home
