      - Very friendly and willing to train you from the bottom up - easy to move ahead - work around your schedule

      - can be stressful at times

      Love the environment, the laid back dress codes, and the co-workers(mostly) but poor work-life balance.

      Pros

      the community, wearing jeans to work, half off food, mostly friendly customers and co-workers.

      Cons

      closing is a nightmare, unrealistic expectations, poor management, hiring kids who never want to show up for work yet giving their seniors less than 40 hours a week who are willing and need the work. I once got left while closing (i was slow because i was freshly new), the others had a chat/smoke break including the supervisor. the way my managers spoke to each other/us sometimes wasn't fun, it was unprofessional and inappropriate.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling with fun people to work with. This isn't your typical fast food job and everyone is motivated to get things done and work hard for the most part. There's lots of cleaning involved but overall it's pretty fun. Our management respected us crew members and worked really hard to make sure we were accommodated. If you're looking for a flexible job and don't have much experience, working at Cane's will develop your communication skills and make you a better person in the long run.

      Cons

      Not very much upward mobility. You get a raise every 6 months, but it's minimal. I wish they rewarded hard-working employees more
