Great company culture, fun people. They really are focused on producing a top quality product. Off on holidays, Cane's Love program, company events. Opportunity for advancement is based on your own personal performance and drive.

Cons

Pay is lower than competitors for most positions but this is off-set by the culture. Really have never found this kind on enviroment before, great fun! Some management issues as far as consistency but overall not bad.

I enjoyed working at raising canes, while I was in college at Louisiana State University. Working at Raising canes allowed me both time for my studies, as well as, time for my personal life. I couldn't have asked for a better job. All college kids need some discretionary income. Very flexiable with the hours that you had to work especially around exam time. To me that was a big plus, no need to be stressed out even more during exam time, students are stressed out enough as it is.

Cons

The only thing that sometimes bothered me was late nights. Another disadvantage was always having to smell their great chicken.. It made me Hungry all the time.
