Pros

Raising Canes is a great place to work because they are dedicated to giving back to the community. Also great growth as a company, so opportunities to advance are good if you want them. Todd Graves, founder CEO, is first class.

Cons

Micro-managing from senior managers make it a very stressful work environment. They do not pay well for hourly employees which makes it difficult to get and keep great employees. Quality of life lacking for salaried managers. Raising Canes use to be Quick Service Restaurant that looked at all things to make the Customers dining experience memorable but they have become nothing more than a fast food restaurant that cares more about speed, over Customer Service and food quality.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of anything.

Cons

In my interview I was told I would be full time with 40 hours per week, I was given 20 and put in the system as part time. I ended up working 4 hours per day 5 days per week with no breaks. Management was rarely out of the office and when they were, they refused to help and said that you could do it yourself. Teamwork was rare, drive thru taking food from dine in when dine in was 10x more busy. Management refused to correct this. Management pretty much only did their job when they were asked by multiple employees.
