Pros

The money and bonuses are great

Cons

10+ hour shifts, you are often at work past 2am after getting there at 4pm, the owners will pull your bonus without any warning, you are expected to go to all company events, like picnics and charity events on your days off or you will be passed over for raises and promotions. Promotions and raises are based on being friends with the executive team and not performance. You will often not have 2 days off in a row due to a management shortage. You are not allowed to leave the building during your shift so you have to bring food in, you are not allowed a microwave to heat food up and you cannot store food in the walk in, so you are forced to eat canes every day.
