Pros

They (for the most part) promote from the inside. While I was there I watched several of my coworkers work their way up to managers. In general Cane's usually hires really friendly people so I really enjoyed working with everyone. They make work fun with different competitions.

Cons

There's a lot of cleaning involved because they keep the store very clean (which is a good thing).

Pros

Fun work environment , flexible schedule

Cons

No breaks so you work 8 hours and you are not allowed to have lunch or a 15 minutes break. For a company that brings awareness to dogs you treat the humans poorly. I bet if your dogs were working they would receive treats and breaks.
