Pros

Can build valuable experience for the customer service industry. Great for TEENS and young adults with very little responsibilities.

Cons

Will send you home unexpectedly to cut back on labor hours after making claims that this is a job with stable hours. Incredibly misleading. Adults with plenty of responsibilities will have better luck getting hours through a staffing agency. I told the manager during my interview that I was tired of working temporary jobs and that I was looking for something more stable. Of course, during the interview, she made it seem like this would be a good place to get those stable hours but not even a whole month later, I was asked to go home early multiple times so the store can cut back on labor hours.

Pros

Fast-paced and exciting job. I'm almost never bored while clocked in. Management (at my location at least) is super reasonable and very human. They look out for us. Customers are super friendly. Rules and expectations are extremely clear and leave no room for confusion.

Cons

Corporate rats insist that employees only be scheduled for five hour shifts, citing "burnout". They lie to us, saying it's "to ensure we can have a life outside of work." I can't have a life outside of work if I can't pay my bills. Either cut the crap and give us back our hours, or increase our wages to make up for it. Hey, Corporate: we're not stupid. Stop insulting our intelligence. You'd have no job if not for us.

Pros

The hours if you are a favorite of the fascism

Cons

Management was all over the place couldn't lead the restaurant. Would play favorites, and wouldn't listen to suggestions. It was their way or get out. Even if they where wrong. Lack of communication was beyond disbelief. And you can only move up at 276 if your a favorite of the RL. Wouldn't recommend it. The store couldn't even keep staff for closes, and refused to fix the issues. The store was also dirty and wouldn't ever be cleaned properly. The locations hierarchy is pretty much a dictatorship. You want a pyramid scheme work at 276 or for canes in general. Even if you have the background they will throw you to the bottom and leave you there till your beaten down to worship canes.
